How tragic.

It maybe all well and good to say this after the event, but, she should not have been on the road.
If any driver is capable of such behaviour, and are incapable of proper judgement, even to save themselves, then every driver they come across is in possible, real danger from them.

Again proper Road Safety is being ignored.
