A POLICE officer has denied causing death while driving without due care and attention.
PC Thomas David H pleaded not guilty to causing the death of 25-year-old Amiee W while responding to an emergency call on October 18 last year.
The Cleveland Police officer was approaching Newport Bridge, in Middlesbrough, when the incident occurred at 2.15am.
Miss Wh suffered multiple injuries and died in hospital a month later.

The case was adjourned until April 24.
