Chatting to my Dad the other day...He said that he followed a partnership van in the Worcester or Hereford area which was going faster than the posted speed limit. I asked him if he got the registration number but he's not as much of a Victor Meldrew as me.

Any one else witnessed this kind of public relations genius? Perhaps we could start a name and shame.

Devon & Cornwall pratnership silver Peugeot Expert talivan followed a few days ago at 70 mph on the A38 dual carriageway westbound on the outskirts of Plymouth. Because it is a goods vehicle with a MGW in excess of 2 tonnes, it's speed limit on that road is 60 mph, not 70.
