One for Ziltro perhaps, as it's his manor?

Junction of Cabot Lane and Broadstone Way has for a long time had a red light camera of the traditional sort.

Today I noticed a new camera of a type I've not seen before, like a cross between a normal camera and a Monitron, but bigger.

Any clues?

N.B. Dorset SCP are going over to making red light cameras into speed cameras too. Is this connected?

Closest junction to Siemens? Could be anything, could be in testing. I'll try and remember to have a look sometime, although there is a spy camera near the junction on a lattix post and I'm not sure I want to get too close to it, especially if I'd be taking piccies...

Does it look the same as the ones on the Holes Bay Road? I've not seen either.

Combined red light and speed camera. We've noted them appearing across the North West. Jazz and Ju-Ju report these on the A580. In fact - somewhere in "News" - we have a Manchester Evening News report showing a photo of one of these .. concealed completely from view on approach behind a sign. Two accidents have been reported since these appeared. Prior to this . no accidents occurred at these junctions. Cat collided with the traffic light post at one of them. In the second one - the car collided with the camera post itself

You should find traditional speed cam road markings will appear beyond the stop line in due course..
