It seems to me that the law in this respect is in much the same state that criminal law was around the time of the Birmingham six. If a police said something the Judge and Jury accepted it, because policemen were known to be incorruptible. And scientific evidence was accepted without question because the 'expert' said it was so. Of course we now know that was a load of bollix.

What exactly are those assumptions - didn't I ask that before?
I see only questions to you within my last post, in fact 10 of them - all were 'avoided'.
Fancy trying to argue the finer points of sat nav data yet avoiding those simple questions.
