After all, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act has been notoriously misused by councils. Yet another small step towards the 24/7 surveillance society where nothing is truly private any more :x

Witness locally where same powers were used to covertly film in a pub to investigate smoking offences .Most likely in overtime .Local press had a field day .
