Neil,

Never was brave enough for bikes - suppose the gravel on my knee as a kid on a pedal bike was enough .
336 Kph = 210mph , and on a bike , one slip and you've got mince (minced organs/rider etc) . Pity the BIB who happens on that one - if thats what you meet in a days work - you aint paid enough mate . On the rail i see bashed badger, flatened fox, sometimes headless fox, - after that i respect you

I went to an RTC about 5 years ago, where a motorbike had a head on with an artic lorry. The rider went through all of the axles. It was to date the most horrific thing I have seen in my life.

NEIL - thinking on - did come accross a nasty lots of years ago - showed the perils of drink driving - A74, Lesmahagow bends, now taken out - bloke joined in wrong direction , and met HGV in opposite direction . HGV ended up accross 2 lanes+ verge and part of central. Moggy 1000 van had no cab or back ( knew it was morris by front badge)- aparently police found bits of driver all over road and other places.Hgv driver was taken in to hospital in deep shock. Aperently coming home from pub had taken wrong turning.

As i said - you blokes need more pay.

Maybe that cop was laid back and not really worried about the various hand signals.

Blimey, if you did that to some of our coppers (a small minority), they would have you on the floor in cuffs!

If you want to see about survival of the fittest and evolution in action, try this
