Hi folks
Whilst driving from kingston upon thames.to the m25.
I could see a hgv parked in the layby ahead of me. I was doing 40 mph.as per the speed limit.
It was not until I got very close.did I sea policeman crouching beside the hgv.with a speed gun.
I thought that the police vehicle had to be visible from the road.but they had hidden the police car.far to the left.so that on approach you could not see them.until you passed the hgv

Disgraceful... Sort of thing gets us a bad name.

For record - my lads never do this sort of thing. But then ... this is the North... nuff said.
