Car Hits House

OK especially for all of you who are not fortunate enough to live in the BBC south or Meridian regions here is todays news from Basingstoke.

About midnight last night a BMW 735 being driven by a couple of oiks from nearby Hook got it terribly wrong on the A30, hit the curb and then crossed the opposite vrege knocked down a fence crossed a road, another verge and then hit a house - through the first floor window.

The skid marks are about 100 yards long and there is no "ramp" to explain the take off just a small hedge, well its was there.

I took these photos this morning, the house is just behind mine. Last night around the time that this happened we had 5 hot hatches hanging out outside our house, I have yet to find out if these guys were involved.

Oiks are very poorly

from pictures i have seen (in the paper) it looks like he hit a kerb just in front of the house) after traveling across a long grassy verge.....so i reckon he hit the kerb braking as hard as possible (ie front right down) this flipped the car and he hit the wall with his roof or boot......

i have to say i have never heard of anyone doing this before (without a ramp)....

What I would like to know about this "accident" is were there any pictures of the responsible on any cameras locally?

Were they being followed by the law?

Probably not. When reckless idiots drive so as to cause this sort of after effect, there never is any one in authority around to catch them. They only ever catch the bloke a few MPH over the speed limits on a sunny day.

Scum

i was woken up yesterday by a strange accident.
straight road, 70 yards of skid marks in a straight line. then the skid turns left so the car is travelling sideways, clips the kerb and takes out a wall. the car spun round and faced the correct way on the road again. that was at half six yesterday morning. it was the skidding that woke me up before the big bang as the wall was disintigrated.
this happened on a 30MPH dual carriageway! i think he may have been over the speed limit by a little. possibly double the limit :x
