You have my sympathies , we have similar problems round our nick of the woods .

Can't get hold of the police for love nor money when you need them , but there are regularly speed checks going on less than a mile away on the by-pass.

Best thing to do is to film chavs in action. If the police don't turn up then you still have concrete evidence of what they were up to and they can still be prosecuted. There is no point expecting the police to come out for much any more. Might be best to organise the locals in some anti chav activities rather than even bothering with the police. I think hours of fun could be had chav hunting armed with paint ball guns Forget hunting for foxes this could be the new sport!
