Just outside Hunstanton on the Norfolk Coast there is a Scamera in a 50 at the bottom of a hill.

Right infront of it is a large pile of flowers, dedicated to a young couple that died because of an accident right in front of the camera.

Obviously this grey box did sod all to safe their lives, and who knows, may have even contributed to their deaths! The car seemed to skid right across the road in front of the camera.

I have an image of the scene, just no-where to put it so I can link to it etc.

Jules

Jules, go to http://www.epsonphoto.co.uk/welcome.jsp and open an account. Follow the instructions, and epson will host your pictures for free. There are even hints and tips on the site, as well as the generous limit.
If you want to reduce your picture and optimise it for the web, use Picasa - a download from Google. Simply mail yourself your picture from the Picasa window, then save and upload to Epson.
Hope this helps. 8-)

Or, even easier, go to http://www.imgspot.com or http://www.imageshack.us/ and upload the image. Copy the BB URL provided into your post :)

That is an absolutely sickening TV advert and should be removed.

I'm sure there is a rule that says adverts have to be honest, etc

They need to get one of these:

Let's see if fatalities are up at their camera sites too. Then we could have a REALLY big pop at their ugly commercial. Can someone local do it please?

They seem to be at odds with some of the information on the site.
I see it only say casualties are down not collisions!
The "know your signals" leaflet is a variation on what is in the highway code too http://www.safecam.org.uk/DownloadableDocuments/ViewDocument.aspx?DocumentID=34
gives a different definition for the amber light to the highway code here http://www.highwaycode.gov.uk/signs01.htm.
They seem to be very insistant that you STOP, rather than the "If it is safe to do so" approach of the Highway Code!

Unlikely given the request. The organisation has to do 18 hours work at £25 per hour (set cost whether Director or cleaner does the work) before they can charge. This rises to £600 for central government.

You can get through a lot of information sourcing & retrieval in 18hrs. Paying the bill is optional anyway. If you don't want to fork out you don't get the information, simple as that. If you think they are being a bit creative with the amount of time it takes to do the work or if they are applying exemptions unfairly then the information commisioner will be keen to hear about it.
