Depends Where you want to put them!

If you want a Avatar. Find a picture, copy & Paste the url Into the appropiate Box in your 'profile'

If you want to place an Image On a post ,Click On The 'Img' Box first, copy/paste the Pic then click 'Img' again

Or there are some Image Hosting sites you can use. Someone with A Bit more know how can put you in that direction :D Hope that Is some help :)

Cheers mate,

I thought it was something to do with the image thing but wasn't sure how to do it. I wanted to attach a pic of a scam van blocking a fire station entrance, look out for thread on 'Improving road safety'.

Regards

Andrew

a lot of places will limit the bandwidth you can use - I would suggest you open an account (free) with PhotoBucket - this will also give you the full path so you can include the photo in forums such as this.

Cheers

I'm already registered with a free account on fotopic but as you say they limit the bandwidth and I already have pics on there.

www.imageshack.us is another good one. No registration required, just browse to the image, select it and then click 'host it!'. You can then just copy and paste the links provided straight into your post like I've done here. (apologies for the OT image, but I'm at work!) :)

In this case I've used the thumbnail as it uses less bandwidth. You can click it to see a larger version.

Or if your ISP gave you some free web space with the account you could use that.

Here's some photos that I have in my personal web pages:

If the images are of a legal nature I would recommend a hosting service where the image can be removed/revised, with the imageshack "no registration" method there is no way to remove an uploaded image!

Thanks, its a bit of a hobby of mine, but I don't really get enough time for it these days. There isn't much on my web space at the moment, but you can view them all (and at a larger resolution) here: http://www.mflower.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/gallery/index.htm
