We all blow our tops in frustration from time to time. I've done it here too, but we need to be cirumspect as well and realise when we're inteliigently attacking a poor system, and are just shooting widly from the lip and being deliberately offensive.
In spite of what PaulF may think of me, (I've had a couple of digs at his aggresive style  ) I don't wish to see him cease posting.
If you read this, no hard feelings PaulF - we differ wildly in our styles but thats what makes the world go around. Please have a think about withdrawing from the forum.

I'd second that. IMO no need for you to stop contributing your thoughts PaulF, just tweak your posting style a bit.

Agreed 100%.

although I have not posted very much here, and indeed have not been a member very long, I agree with the quotes above 100%

I to have definate ANGRY FEELINGS about the way we the humble motorist is being harrassed, but have tried very hard to keep it toned down, we all can slip up occassionally, by typing my reply in notepad, then coming back in a few hours / next day to post.

maybe this will help you paulf, and anyone else who struggles to keep temper away from the keyboard!!

As you wish; I will stop posting on your forum and now intend this to be my last post.

I agree with others - I don't want you to go. I just want you to be a little more moderate.

I can appreciate PaulF's sentiments. I think it's deplorable how our civil liberties are being eroded.

New laws are being passed that are far too open to abuse, and the one discussed here is a prime example. The new anti-terrorist laws currently being "fast tracked" through the system are another.

I would be sorry to see PaulF go .

I will concede that sometimes he can tend to go off on a tangent , but feel that is just indicative of his obvious passionate nature, I doubt very much that he is the only one who feels like a pawn in a "big game"!

I'm sorry that you (Paul) felt the need to chastice him, and whereas I can sympathise that you have to moderate the content of this forum, (and lets face it PaulF can be outspoken at times), I feel there have been occasions when there have been deliberate attempts by PaulF's favourite sparring partners (we all know who I'm speaking of !) to inflame the man that could be construed as trolling but have gone unchecked .

By all means police , but do it with an even hand .

Allow me to assure you that I'm doing my very best here, and I'm painfully aware that it isn't good enough. I have to focus on higher objectives and it's led to this conflict, which I must resolve.

I like PaulF. I don't want him to go. But neither do I want anything to interfere with campaign objectives. And I know for a fact (from email and PMs) that there has been such interference. We're still exploring solutions in the Clubhouse.

PaulF, come back to the board and everytime you get Mr angry as i do at times, PM me or email me. I agree with alot of what you say, i also disagree with elements but Paul is right. We must keep this site straight.

Sites like these don't have the communications budget that the scamerati's do and people are being persuaded by good debate, good argument and by the research that the likes of Paul have done.

You really wouldn't want to give any nuggets to the scamerati would you?
