Harry the hedgehog was on hand at the Bucks show to indoctrinate, i mean educate motorists and children about the 'speed kills message'.

Article from Wycombe Star, Thurs Sept 8th

"Road safety was highlighted to more than 25000 people at the 138th County show, in Aylesbury. The roads safety team from Bucks County Council and Harry the hedgehog were on hand to advise about speed limits.

Valerie Letheren, portfolio holder for transportation, said: "These fun type of family events are a great way to get important road safety messages across to all road users. It is vital that people are aware of the speed limit for the type of road they are travelling on, to understand that this is the limit not a target speed. I hope by personally signing the commitment I can set a good example and encourage others to do likewise."

There is no mention of harry the bloody hedgehog teaching children how to cross the road properly or how to ride their cycles safely. If anyone sees a 5'8" knob in a cheap hedgehog suit please feel free to shoot it.
