A 29 year old man died when the Vectra he ws travelling in hit a wall and flipped onto its roof on Chorley New Road Horwich in the early hours of Saturday morning - per Bolton's front page on Saturday. The driver had to be cut free and is recovering with neck injuries which are not "life threatening". No other vehicle was involved. The driver lost control, hit railings and landed upside down near a junction with Winter Hey Lane and I cannot recall if this is near the speed camera between the old Loco works and the roundabout leading to the Reebok stadium.
