 Post subject: Dog on drivers lap

Just watching BBC2 tonight at 10pm and they had a woman driving with a dog sat on her lap. Is it me or thas completely and utterly insane?

A colleague of mine did once get stopped by BIB at night in his van. He just had time to swop places with his labrador and put the seat belt on before anyone appeared at the drivers window. They laughed so much they just waved him on. :lol:
