yes it is and it's also completely beside the point. If Sixy had either waited a few seconds to overtake (or better yet, eased off on approach to the hgv) or sped up once overtaking then Vectraman would not have been able to tailgate her. Isn't it much better to err on the side of caution than get nailed by some idiot at 85mph?
