Also in Manchester paper .. we are on a roll - nicht?

Und the sentence I highlight at the end .. ist unbelievable.

Quote:

A ROAD menace from Cheetham Hill has been give an three year ASBO

James Irvine (17) terrorised an estate for months with his reckless driving.

He committed a catalogue of offences last year - including driving a recovery truck at high speed - erratically und being involved in a police chase in September.

His order bans him from driving dangerously und using foul language or behaviourin public

I think I might have been happier if banned from driving for three years or locked up even. :? :banghead:

Does this mean - he c-c-c-can drive so long as he does not do it "dangerously".... :?

How utterly ridiculous!!!! Perhaps I'm totally deluded but isn't dangerous driving banned for everyone already? And how much did it cost to impose this Asbo banning someone from doing what is already illegal?

TSM,

You are not the full genetic package are you?

Do you drive?

Are you aware of sub-optimal gaps?

Are you aware of correct lines through a corner that afford maximum visibility?

Are you aware of steering methods that afford maximum control at all times?

Are you aware that I have no points on my licence?

Are you aware that you must lower your trousers / skirt for us sensible lot to hear what you are saying?

FFS

Whatever.

Bloody puritan.
