Hi all, I've just received a notice of intended persecution from our friends in the West Midlands Police for speeding on a 40mph dual carriageway at 2.50am.
Whilst it probably was me that was driving the car, I am not 100% certain.
I also greatly resent the fact that for dong 9mph over the speed limit at 3 in the morning I am going to get my license endorsed and have to pay a fine.
I would be eternaly grateful if there is anyone out there who could give me some suggestions as to anything I can do to prevent this from happening.
