I've just 'half-heard' on the BBC news, that a plan is afoot to reduce the NSL on rural roads. I have had a quick trawl through the news media, but cannot find anything specific.
They have been threatening us with this for several years now but, if this time it's for real, we need to find out who to register a protest to...

Anyone hear the whole story?

Would that be what is being discussed here?
And what may or may not have been in The Clubhouse for a few days? ;)
