Do any of the above companies have the logo emblazoned like yours?

Uhh, I don't have a logo, I suggest you double-check who you're replying to before starting to reply...
I'll admit that as a mistake, i meant in terms of SafeSpeed's logo.

There is nothing wrong with using SS but it can be printed in certain ways that could make it more worrying.

Well yes, if the Safe Speed logo used lightning-flash styled esses instead of the bog-standard Helvetica/Arial, or if it were rendered in shiny silver, or if it were actually drawn in such a way as to draw parallels with the Schutz Staffel emblem, then you'd have a valid point. But the fact is, when I look at the logo, the first thing that springs to my mind is "road sign". Strange that, a logo for a road-based campaign having a logo designed to look like a road sign...
Its funny that, because the first thing that springs to my mind is Schutz Staffel. What if thats the first thing that springs to other people's minds???

And no matter what you say there will be people who could relate it back to WW2.

So I'll ask again, do you have similar objections to other organisations/companies who use SS?
Yes, when its used as a logo as a single element and not followed directly with other wording or a name.

I like the way you try to argues against my comment about blocking up window space, and then actually fall over yourself and admit I have a point.

I like the way you fail to spot irony when it slaps you across the face... a badly placed window sticker IS a problem, agreed, but a window sticker doesn't have to be badly placed - that's the point I was making, and the point you entirely managed to miss.
If you were trying to make that point, then why didn't you say exactly that in the first place? And why does your previous post have text that doesn't relate to that point at all. You actually mentioned items placed in windows and admitted that they can be dangerous in one paragraph. I think the irony is you are trying to be a little too clever for your own good really.

With stuff like tax discs etc already in window space, why take up more with unecessary stickers?

Most vehicles have several areas of glass which could comfortably accommodate a reasonably sized sticker without causing a problem.
How big is reasonably sized?

With regards to the placement of the sticker, it has been stated as being a window sticker so my argument was based on that.

That's as maybe, but since this sticker doesn't actually exist except as a collection of ones and zeros on a webserver hard drive somewhere, it doesn't take much effort to consider that, if using it as a window sticker would genuinely be a safety risk, then using it as a body sticker instead would neatly resolve the problem. Just because the designer has suggested it could be used as a window sticker doesn't mean you HAVE to use it as one - this is still (just) a country where freedom of thought is permissible, you know...
Eh?? What are you on? The person has suggested its use as a window sticker so I am basing my argument on that suggestion, made clearly in the post. If the person had said it is a general car sticker then I wouldn't post about it being in the window now would I. Freedom of thought and all that eh.....
