Asuming they are exactally the same system as the M25, if you see the limit change the cameras must be off for at least 1 minute from the point of changing.
Also, if any light making up the limit sign on any sign on the gantry is off when it should be on, or on when it should be off then the camera must not opperate.
Or so I read in the PSDB Speedmeter Handbook. Not seen it in law but it's most likely a condition of type approval.
If you do get caught and you think there is more than one camera on the gantry you could go back and get caught by the other ones, then you would have proof that they are operating against their type approval conditions.
(although you'd really want to be sure it is exactally the same system and the conditions are the same before doing that!
