Perhaps Sir David Hardy does not care about the damage being done to the TRL's reputation, or perhaps he has no answer to offer?

Introduction

Following on from entirely unsatisfactory correspondence with Dr Susan Sharland (TRL Chief Executive) (click here), we wrote to Sir David Hardy (TRL Chairman), hoping to get the record set straight. Not one bit of it. Sir David Hardy has not replied at all.

I wrote to you on 3rd July 2003, and received a confirmation of receipt from Sue Surridge dated 11th July. Since then I have heard nothing. I attach a copy for your reference.
